Nachdem uns Ihre Bestellung ist eingegangen und genehmigt, erhalten sie eine Bestätigung rechnung per E-Mail mit der genannten Bankverbindung. Nach zahlungseingang wird Ihre Ware versandt.
Die Versandkosten sind eine Basis Flatrate plus einer zusätzlichen Handhabung und die Verpackung zusätzliche Gebühr pro Flasche. Alle Artikel beinhalten einen versicherten versand per DHL oder andere Postanbieter und eine Sichere verpackung. Lieferung erfolgt ausschließlich innerhalb Deutschlands.

Wir bemühen uns, Ihre Bestellung immer schnellstmöglich zu bearbeiten und zu versenden.
Die Ware wird, sofern nicht beim Angebot anders angegeben, innerhalb von 3 Werktagen nach Zahlungseingang in den Versand gebracht.
Nachdem die Ware in den Versand gebracht wurde, benötigt der von uns beauftragte Versanddienstleister noch eine gewisse Zeit für die Zustellung. Hierauf haben wir leider keinen Einfluss.
Die Warenübergabe erfolgt per Versand. Eine Selbstabholung ist nicht möglich.
Please send order including item and quantity to info@neoimports.com. Once order has been received and approved we will send you a reciept via email confirming your order along with bank account and or paypal payment information. Once payment is received your order will be shipped out.
The shipping costs include a base flat rate plus an additional handling and packaging fee per additional bottle. All items will be shipped securely packaged and insured by DHL or similar postal service. Please send us an email with your order for international shipping quote.

We strive to process and send out your order as quick as possible.
Your order should, unless otherwise indicated in the offer, be sent out within 3 working days after payment has been credited to our bank account.
Once shipped the package typically will take 2 business days. With that said once the goods are placed with the shipper, (DHL or other reputable shipping company) we have no control as to the exact delivery time it will take the package to reach its final destination.
The products are delivered by mail through Deutsch Post, DHL or similar shipping company, with standard 2 day business mail. Currently at this time we do not allow for pick ups.
